Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To remove a back amortization rack.
    To clamp the top support of an amortization rack in a vice with laying. To weaken a nut of a rod of the piston on some turns, without unscrewing.
    To remove the shock-absorber, it is necessary to compress a spring. In workshops the special adaptation is for this purpose used.

Not to weaken at all the shock-absorber if the spring is not compressed.


    To clamp a szhimatel of MAZDA or other standard szhimatel in a vice. To insert in a szhimatel a back amortization rack and slowly and evenly to compress a spring, the top cup of a spring will not unload yet.

If the standard szhimatel grasping rounds of a spring is used, to watch, that rounds of a spring were grasped reliably and the szhimatel could not come off.

It is obligatory to compress a spring in the 3rd places lying opposite. The spring has very big extent of compression therefore it is necessary to use only the reliable tool. Danger of accident!

It is possible to delete a nut of fastening only if the spring is reliably compressed.

    To remove a support of an amortization rack, a screw spring and the otboyny buffer.

If it is necessary to replace only a spring, it is necessary for weakening slowly. If only shock-absorber replacement, on the contrary, is required, the spring remains compressed.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Before installation to check the shock-absorber, if necessary to replace. If it is required, to compress a screw spring. Cars to 9/89 g вып. and versatile person models: To impose on the shock-absorber the bottom isolation. To establish a screw spring. To watch, that the screw spring correctly adjoined to an emphasis of cups. To put on the otboyny buffer and a casing.
    Cars to 9/89 g вып. and versatile person models: To establish the top support of an amortization rack and to level it. In the established condition the white label should be turned to car inside.

    Cars from 10/89 g вып. except the versatile person models: To put on the top support of an amortization rack and to level on the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
    To screw a new being self-stopped nut with effort of 60 Nanometers, for keeping the top support to clamp in a vice with laying. Slowly to weaken a screw spring.
