To establish the piston of the 1st cylinder in the provision of ignition. For this purpose to turn the crankshaft that labels on a belt pulley of a cam-shaft coincided with labels on a cover of the distributive mechanism.
For a provorachivaniye of the crankshaft to include the 5th transfer and to shift the car on an equal surface. Other possibility to turn crankshaft: To raise a forward wheel, to include the 5th transfer and to turn a wheel a hand.

After the piston of the 1st cylinder will be in the provision of ignition, to establish a transmission in neutral situation and once again to check, whether labels on a belt pulley of the crankshaft and a cover of a drive of the distributive mechanism coincide. To be convinced that the cam-shaft is in the situation relevant to VMT of the 1st cylinder. Labels on a wheel of a cam-shaft and labels on a cover of a drive of the distributive mechanism thus should coincide.
To check, whether labels on a cogwheel of a cam-shaft and the block of cylinders coincide.
To impose a gear belt so that the branch between a wheel of a final cam-shaft and a wheel of the crankshaft was tense. If the old belt is established, to pay attention to the direction of its rotation.

At installation gear a belt the provision of distributive and cranked shaft should not change. Otherwise in the engine there can be serious malfunctions, or the engine will not develop the maximum capacity. |

To be convinced that camshafts are in the situation relevant to VMT of the 1st cylinder. Labels on cam-shaft cogwheels thus should coincide with labels on a cover of a drive of the distributive mechanism and a head of cylinders.
|
At the same time labels on a cogwheel of the crankshaft and the block of cylinders should coincide. Then the engine is in position VMT of the piston of the 1st cylinder.
To turn the crankshaft two times in the direction of rotation and once again to check coincidence of labels, if necessary to repeat adjustment.
|
|
To turn the crankshaft in the rotation direction to a label of a tension which is approximately in 60 before VMT mark.
|
To weaken a bolt of a tension roller that the roller adjoined to a belt.
To tighten a bolt of fastening of a tension roller with effort of 45 Nanometers.
Two times to turn the crankshaft in the direction of rotation and once again to check adjustment.
To check a tension of a gear belt. The gear belt on a site between two belt pulleys of cam-shafts at influence with force of 10 kg that corresponds to pressing a thumb, should cave in on 9-11 mm. If value does not correspond to the requirement, it is necessary to weaken a tension roller and to tighten it again.
To screw the top, average and bottom casings of a gear belt with effort of 10 Nanometers.
