Air removal from a power supply system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    When opening system or a full devastation of a fuel tank always it is necessary to delete air from a power supply system.
    To be convinced that in a tank there is a fuel.
    To open the gate of removal of air on the fuel filter. To pump up the manual pump fuel from a tank. The pump is on the top part of the filter. To pump over until in the fuel leaving the gate of pumping, air vials will not disappear. At the pressed manual pump to close the pumping gate. To pump over the manual pump (about 15 times) while by pressing resistance will not be felt.
    If the engine is not started because of emergence in pipelines of injection of an air stopper, to weaken cap nuts on nozzles and to include a starter that there was a fuel. Then to tighten nuts again and to start the engine.

To watch, that diesel fuel did not get on hoses of cooling liquid. If necessary it is necessary to clear hoses at once. It is necessary to replace the corroded hoses.
