To measure thickness of an overlay of a conducted disk by means of a calliper. The distance to heads of rivets should be at least 0,3 mm, differently a conducted disk to replace. The same at existence in an overlay of cracks.

To check a conducted disk on palpation. Maximum lateral palpation of a disk: 0,7 mm. Check needs the special tool, however it is necessary only if the old conducted disk with which is established there were difficulties at inclusion and switching off.
If in work of coupling there were malfunctions, to check lateral palpation of a flywheel by means of the strelochny indicator. Maximum lateral palpation: 0,2 mm.
To check a flywheel on existence of traces of a deposit and grooves, if necessary to grind a small emery paper.

To check wear tracks of the vyzhimny bearing on a diafragmenny spring. Small roughnesses to level an emery paper, at larger damages to replace press a disk.

To check spring connections between a press disk and a cover on existence of cracks and durability of landing of rivets. It is necessary to replace coupling with the damaged or weakened rivets.
To check a surface of a prileganiye of a press disk on existence of cracks, traces прогара and wear. The press disks having a deflection inside to 0,3 mm still can be established. Check is carried out by means of a ruler and flat щупа. If necessary to level traces прогара and grooves a small emery paper.

To turn directing bearing in a flywheel a finger, pressing thus the bearing. To replace the bearing only if it jams or has a free wheeling. The special stripper is necessary for a vynimaniye. The new bearing is hammered by a hammer and a core while it will not be level with a flywheel.

To insert a conducted disk and a basket with a press disk into a flywheel. Thus the flat party of a nave of a conducted disk is turned to a flywheel. Approximately to level a conducted disk on the center in the press bearing. However it is better отцентровать a disk a suitable core, for example, HAZET or old primary shaft of a transmission. If the conducted disk is not in the center, it is impossible to insert a transmission shaft.

If the disk is established former press, to establish a basket according to the mark put at removal. Thus directing pins on a flywheel will enter into basket openings with a press disk.
To screw in bolts of fastening of a basket.
To tighten bolts of fastening of a basket of a disk in the given sequence step by step on 1 - 1,5 turns while press the disk will not be screwed. To remove aligning core.
