Balancing of wheels

Wheels established serially are balanced at plant. Balancing is necessary for compensation of non-uniform distribution of weight and heterogeneity of a material. In use disbalance of wheels is shown in the form of trembling of a steering wheel on high speed.

As a rule, this trembling appears only on a certain speed and vanishes on lower or higher. Disbalance can lead over time to damage of spherical support, the steering mechanism and shock-absorbers.

Surely it is necessary to balance wheels through each 20000 km and after repair as because of wear and repair weight and material distribution changes.
