Removal and installation of the pallet of a case

For consolidation of the pallet of a case in workshops MAZDA No. 852777739 hermetic is used, also similar hermetic on a silicone basis (for example, by DOW CORNING Q3 - 7057) can be used.

Not to put it is too much hermetic, and in the field of oil channels to work especially carefully. Details should be collected within 30 minutes after hermetic drawing. After this time hermetic should be removed and put anew.

The screw-driver should not be established on any other place as sealing surfaces of the pallet of a case and the block of cylinders differently will be damaged.

    To remove the case pallet. If is available, to unscrew a support of bearings and to remove it.

Installation

    Carefully to release sealing surfaces of the pallet of a case, a support of bearings and the block of cylinders from old consolidation by means of a triangular shaber and a razor edge. Carefully to wipe the block of cylinders, a case and the oil pump. Otherwise consolidation can be damaged by following oil. To wipe sealing surfaces on the case pallet, a support of bearings and the block of cylinders solvent of fat and to dry up them. As a cleaner alcohol or acetone can be used.

It is impossible to apply the cleaners corroding varnish surfaces.


    To put on the shaded places hermetic on a silicone basis (for example, DOW CORNING Q3 - 7057).

    Aluminum pallet: To establish the pallet and evenly to tighten bolts - And - with effort of 10 Nanometers, bolts - In - with effort of 50 Nanometers.
    To establish a reception pipe of the exhaust silencer. To lower the car. To fill in engine oil. To connect a cable of weight of the battery. If are available, to establish time on hours and to set a protective code of a radio receiver. To make a trial trip, to check level of oil and tightness of the pallet of a case, probably carefully to tighten bolts.
