Check/removal and installation of automatic equipment of cold start

If the cold engine is badly started or badly accepts gas in a cold phase, it is necessary to check automatic equipment of cold start.

Check

Check condition: The engine is cooled at least to room temperature.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To unscrew the air filter, see. Head Power supply system, carburetor, system of injection of fuel, Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
    To ask the assistant to squeeze out completely a gas pedal. The starting zaslonka - an arrow - should be closed to a small gap.
    If the starting zaslonka is not closed, to check ease of a course of a shaft of a starting zaslonka. If the shaft of a starting zaslonka has an easy course, and the zaslonka all the same does not open, it is necessary to check a membrane of a starting zaslonka (it is carried out in a workshop). To start the engine and to leave to idle. To check, whether the case of automatic equipment of cold start heats up. At the same time starting zaslonka in an inlet pipe should open slowly. If the case does not heat up, it is necessary to replace automatic equipment of cold start. If the case heats up, and the zaslonka is not closed or closed partially, it is necessary to check a membrane of a starting zaslonka (it is carried out in a workshop). To establish the air filter.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To unscrew the air filter, see. Head Power supply system, carburetor, system of injection of fuel, Section Removal and installation of the air filter. To disconnect the tip of automatic equipment of cold start. To turn out 3 bolts and to remove a fastening plate, the case of a bimetallic spring and laying.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To establish new laying of the case.
    To establish the case of starting automatic equipment so that the uvula of a bimetallic spring entered into the lever of a starting zaslonka. To establish a plate of fastening and to tighten 3 bolts effort of a hand.
    To combine the average line of a scale on the carburetor case with a label on the case of starting automatic equipment. To tighten fastening bolts.
    To connect the tip of starting automatic equipment. To establish the air filter.
