System of injection of fuel

The electronic system of injection of MAZDA 323 injects fuel into an inlet pipe to inlet valves depending on an engine condition.

Fuel подсасывается from a tank the electric fuel pump also moves via the fuel filter and the distributive highway to injection gates.

Air подсасывается the engine via the air filter and an inlet collector also is measured by a measuring instrument of an air stream. In the case of a measuring instrument of an air stream there is a zaslonka which deviates an air stream. The provision of a zaslonka represents itself as parameter for definition of a stream of air. The corresponding signal moves in a monitor from a zaslonka potentiometer.

The monitor according to amount of air and number of turns of the engine regulates injection time. At longer opening of the gate of injection for one turn of the crankshaft the bigger amount of fuel is injected. The monitor is in the case in car salon behind the average console.

Additional sensors and elements provide a proper correlation air/fuel in all situations.

  • The measuring instrument of a stream of air is directly on the air filter. He reports instant amount of air in a monitor.
  • The sensor of provision of a butterfly valve is directly on a zaslonka shaft. He reports in a monitor the provision of a butterfly valve at present. The monitor on the basis of the data received from a measuring instrument of an air stream and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve, defines optimum amount of fuel at the corresponding degree of loading.
  • The idling regulator (the electromagnetic valve) regulates supply of air in a butterfly valve environment. Thanks to it the number of turns of the engine is stabilized, first of all, in a warming up phase.
  • The lambda probe (the oxygen sensor) measures the content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases and sends the corresponding electric signal to a monitor. On the basis of it the monitor changes structure of a working mix, so that fulfilled gases optimum дожигались in the catalytic converter (catalyst).
  • The sensor of temperature takes temperature of cooling liquid on a head of cylinders. It transfers data to a monitor. The monitor coordinates quality of a working mix with temperature at the expense of what the engine works steadily in all temperature modes.
  • The valve of ventilation of a fuel tank copes depending on an engine condition. Being allocated pairs of fuel in a tank collect an adsorber with absorbent carbon and are taken away via the valve on reburning. Thanks to an adsorber with absorbent carbon, pairs of gasoline mostly are used with advantage and do not get to environment.
