Memory of malfunctions

Failure and short-term malfunctions of sensors register in memory of malfunctions of a monitor. The written-down malfunctions can be считаны in workshops by means of the special device of self-diagnostics of MAZDA (SST 49H0189A1). The code of malfunction gives information on in what place of system of ignition or injection it is necessary to look for malfunction. The detailed verifying catalog is necessary for determination of concrete malfunction. Besides, the majority of checks use of special devices which, as a rule, are absent in a set of a house workshop demand. Therefore only some general instructions on check here are provided. Detailed check should be carried out in a specialized workshop.

The general instructions on check

If the device of self-diagnostics revealed malfunction, for example, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, malfunction can be also in a monitor. Malfunction can be determined either sensor replacement, or further detailed check by special devices (it is carried out in a workshop).

Workshops do not accept back bought, but unused details.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To disconnect cables, to check reliability of contact of connections, to remove corrosion. To check fastening of cables. To check resistance of a faulty detail and to compare to demanded value. To check wires to a monitor on current course by means of an ohmmeter

At shutdown of the battery, malfunction in memory of a monitor are erased. If the same malfunctions appear at further operation, they again register in memory.
