If old valves and a head of cylinders are established, before assembly it is necessary to check directing valves. If new valves are established in an old head of cylinders, it is necessary to process facets of valves in a head of cylinders and valves.
To clear valves a shaber and a wire brush of the deposit remains.
VZ engine, В5, В6 (SOHC), (SOHC) VR: To check yokes and a shaft of yokes on existence of grooves and wear.
Slightly to grease a core of the valve and to insert each valve on the old place. New valves should be ground in previously by means of shlifovochny paste, see. Section Check/adjustment of a gap of valves.
Carefully to clear all details and to grease mobile details with engine oil.
It is obligatory to replace maslootrazhatelny caps.
To insert valves into a head of cylinders. To watch, that inlet and final valves were established in the correct order.
To insert the bottom cups of springs of valves.
To establish springs and the top cups of springs of valves.
To compress springs of valves nippers and to insert crackers of valves so that they entered into grooves of valves. To remove nippers and to establish other valves.
Slightly to knock with a polymeric hammer on a valve core, to provide the correct provision of crackers.
Engines with 2 cam-shafts with the top arrangement: To grease all tarelchaty pushers with engine oil and to insert them into the corresponding openings.
