Replacement of maslootrazhatelny caps

All engines

The high consumption of oil can be caused by wear of maslootrazhatelny caps. Maslootrazhatelnye caps on VZ engines, В5, В6 (SOHC), VR (SOHC) can be replaced without removal of a head of cylinders, the special MAZDA SST 49B0210A0 tool, and also a nozzle in any case are necessary for the compressed air (HAZET 3428). On other engines or if there is no special adaptation, it is necessary to remove a head of cylinders.

B6 engines (DOHC), VR (DOHC) and diesel engine

VZ engines, В5, В6 (SOHC), (SOHC) VR

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To remove a shaft of yokes, see. Undressed the Cam-shaft/drive of the distributive mechanism. To unscrew all spark plugs. To establish the piston of the corresponding cylinder in the bottom dead point (NMT). For this purpose at first to establish the crankshaft in the situation relevant to VMT of the piston of the 1st cylinder, see. Section Removal and installation of a gear belt of VZ engines, В5, B6 (SOHC), (SOHC) VR. If the piston of the 1st cylinder is in situation VMT, pistons of the 2nd and 3rd cylinders are in NMT. To mark a remenny pulley from below with chalk, then to tighten the crankshaft on 1/2 turns (180 °) that the cretaceous mark was above. Now the piston of the 1st cylinder is in NMT. To screw in a nozzle for the compressed HAZET 3428 air in a carving of a candle of the corresponding cylinder. If the special adaptation is not present, it is necessary to make a nozzle for the compressed air of an old spark plug. For this purpose to saw off an electrode of weight-1-. To break off a ceramic insulator-2-by means of a screw-driver and to break off an average electrode-3-. To beat out the remains of the central electrode together with an element - 4-and a connecting finger - 5-suitable drift (a comment of 3 mm). Thus to clamp a candle in a vice or to insert into a face head.

The carving of a candle should not be damaged in order to avoid the subsequent damages of a carving opening of a candle.


    To screw in the prepared candle in the corresponding cylinder and to connect a hose to the compressor of the compressed air.
    To support in the cylinder constant pressure 6 Bar.
    To screw on basic arms 1 and the 5th MAZDA 49В0120А0 adaptation and to compress by means of the adaptation of a spring of valves.

The piston should be in NMT.

    To take out valve crackers, to weaken springs of valves.

Strongly sitting crackers to weaken in easy blows of a hammer on mount.

    To take out cups and springs of valves.
    To take out maslootrazhatelny caps. For removal in workshops the special adaptation (by MAZDA SST49S120170, HAZET 791-5 or HAZET 791-2) is used. Old maslootrazhatelny caps sit very strongly. For removal whenever possible it is necessary to use a shock screw-driver.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To pull a hand a maslootrazhatelny cap on directing the valve.
    By means of the special MAZDA SST49L012001 and SST49L012002 adaptation to press a maslootrazhatelny cap a hand while the adaptation will not concern a head of cylinders. If the special adaptation is not present, it is possible to use a suitable tube of the same diameter and not keen edges.
    To insert and compress cups of springs and a spring of valves. To insert crackers of valves, to weaken springs. In the same way to replace all maslootrazhatelny caps.
