Check of directing valves

At repair of a head of cylinders with not tight valves it is not enough to process only valves and working facets of saddles. It is extremely important to check directing valves on wear existence. This check on engines with big run is especially important. The worn-out directing do not provide the central position of valves and lead to a high consumption of oil. If wear is too great, directing valves it is necessary to replace.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove the valve.
  2. To clear directing the valve a cylindrical brush or a cleaner.
  1. To measure internal diameter directing the valve in 6 places.
  1. To measure by a micrometer diameter of a core of the valve in 6 places.
  1. For determination of average value to combine results of six measurements and to divide on 6.
