Removal and engine installation Removal of the engine possibly only together with a transmission. Therefore before removal it is necessary to read also Chapter Removal and transmission installation. Final and inlet collectors, and also the carburetor and the generator remain established on the engine. The crane is necessary for removal of the engine. By no means it is impossible to lower the engine down by means of the shop lift as the lift can seriously damage the engine. Before installation in an impellent compartment it is necessary to cover wings.
It is recommended to mark before shutdown all electric cables and vacuum pipelines a sticky tape that at their installation easily it was possible to connect on former places.
Depending on year of release and equipment electric wires or vacuum and water hoses can be laid in an impellent compartment differently. As to describe all separate options it is not obviously possible, it is recommended to mark before shutdown the corresponding pipelines and wires a sticky tape. In the following chapter removal and installation of the petrol engine of 1,4 l with system of injection of fuel will be described.

To unscrew a cable of weight-1-on the engine.
To disconnect generator-2-connections, for this purpose to unscrew a thick cable In + and to disconnect the tip.
To disconnect the tip of the sensor of pressure of oil-3-.
To disconnect the combined tip of the sensor of a butterfly valve-4-and a regulator of number of turns of idling-5-.
To disconnect connections of a starter-6-, for this purpose to unscrew a thick cable and to disconnect the combined tip.
To disconnect the tip-7 - a lambda probe.
