Separation and connection of cable tips

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    For separation of cable connections on a box of safety locks or electric consumers it is necessary to pull not for a cable, and for the tip.

Tips are equipped with various clamps. To press clamps in the places designated by shooters and at the same time to disconnect the tip.


    At connection to compress the socket, the clamp will not be latched yet.
    At check of course of a current or tension measurement verifying щупы it is possible to insert only from a reverse side of the tip (from a cable). If щупы will be inserted into nests of the socket, nests are deformed that will lead to weakening of contact.

In case of water-proof sockets (in an impellent compartment) щупы should not be inserted from a cable. In this case to separate the socket. To watch, that at insertion щупа plugs were not damaged.


    At plug replacement in the tip to insert from the open party a narrow screw-driver between tightening uvulas and the plug. To wring out a uvula up and to take out the plug back. To insert the new plug while it will not be latched. To pull for a cable, to be convinced that the plug is reliably fixed.
