Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove an amortization rack. To remove a cap from a shock-absorber rod. The screw spring is compressed. For shock-absorber release the spring should be compressed even more to unload spring cups. To compress a spring a suitable szhimatel.

The nut of the shock-absorber can be weakened only at the compressed spring.

To compress a spring a standard szhimatel. In masterful MAZDAS the special adaptation is for this purpose used. To compress a spring approximately on 10 mm.

To insert a szhimatel into a spring so that it reliably clasped rounds of a spring and could not come off. To compress a spring in three points which have been evenly located on a circles. The screw spring is subjected to big extent of compression therefore it is necessary to use only the reliable tool. Not to connect at all a spring a wire. Danger of accident.

To unscrew a nut of fastening and to remove serially elements of an amortization rack.

If spring replacement is required, it should be weakened slowly. If only the shock-absorber, on the contrary, has to be replaced, the spring remains in the compressed condition.
