Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To remove an amortization rack.
  2. To remove a cap from a shock-absorber rod.
  3. The screw spring is compressed. For shock-absorber release the spring should be compressed even more to unload spring cups. To compress a spring a suitable szhimatel.

The nut of the shock-absorber can be weakened only at the compressed spring.


  1. To clamp a support of an amortization rack in a vice and to weaken a fastening nut on one turn by means of a face head or strongly bent cap key, not to unscrew.
  1. To compress a spring a standard szhimatel. In masterful MAZDAS the special adaptation is for this purpose used. To compress a spring approximately on 10 mm.

To insert a szhimatel into a spring so that it reliably clasped rounds of a spring and could not come off. To compress a spring in three points which have been evenly located on a circles. The screw spring is subjected to big extent of compression therefore it is necessary to use only the reliable tool. Not to connect at all a spring a wire. Danger of accident.

  1. To unscrew a nut of fastening and to remove serially elements of an amortization rack.

If spring replacement is required, it should be weakened slowly. If only the shock-absorber, on the contrary, has to be replaced, the spring remains in the compressed condition.  PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish the bottom cup (to 9/89 g вып.) and the compressed spring. To watch, that the spring entered into an emphasis of the bottom and top cups.
  2. To put on a piston rod the otboyny buffer.
  3. To impose the top rubber ring and a spring cup.
  4. From 10/89 g вып.: To impose press the bearing.
  5. To establish the top plate of fastening so that the label was turned to the car center, see. Section Removal and installation of an amortization rack.
  6. To clamp a fastening plate in a vice, having enclosed thus protective blocks. To tighten a new being self-stopped nut on cars to 9/89 g вып. with effort of 70 Nanometers, from 10/89 g вып. with effort of 100 Nanometers.
  7. To put on a shock-absorber nut a protective cap.
  8. Slowly to weaken a spring.
  9. To establish an amortization rack.
